1. How Your Order Reaches You

We do not hold local inventory. Instead, once your order is placed, it is purchased directly from the designer's stock abroad. From there it travels through the following stages:

1. Purchased from the designer's stock abroad
2. Routed through our logistics point in the United States
3. Imported into Israel and cleared through customs
4. Delivered to your address in Israel

This international sourcing model is what lets us offer authentic designer pieces at prices well below the local retail market.

2. Delivery Time

Our typical total delivery time, from order confirmation to your door, is 14–21 business days. This is a conservative estimate that accounts for international purchasing, transit, and customs clearance — most orders arrive within this window, though we are still refining this figure as our logistics chain matures. Actual delivery times can vary based on the designer's stock location, international carrier schedules, and customs processing.

3. Duties, Customs, and VAT — Already Included

The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. All applicable import duties, customs charges, and VAT are already included in the displayed price of every product. You will not be asked to pay any additional customs charge, duty, or tax on delivery.

4. Shipping Cost

There is currently no separate shipping fee charged at checkout — the price you see is the price you pay, with delivery included.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is placed, you can follow its status (Pending, Ordered, Shipped, Delivered) at any time from your account, or via Track Order.
